Connecting with your clients on the app gives you access to their event information, so you can see where they are on their checklist list items, update event information as needed, upload the event timeline and more.

As a planner connected to their account, you’re able to view each client’s progress on all of their checklist items in real time so you have immediate access to where they are in the planning process.

Event questionnaire

Leads clients through an extensive series of questions to help them collect and organize their thoughts for their big day while simultaneously providing answers to questions for you as a planner, like if they will be doing a first look or if they would like the top layer of their wedding cake saved.

Inspiration

When you have access to your client’s profile, you not only have access to their event information, you also are able to easily view & upload inspiration photos and event color palettes right from within the app.

Once event information is entered within the app (either by you or your client – or a combination of the two), the app automatically creates a custom event file, formatted into a clean & professional design, that can then be easily and electronically shared with the client and the vendor team.
